Return Process

  Place the item in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the RMA form to ensure a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
